Size Unfit – Returns Accepted
If the product size is unfit, you can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
7-Day Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video
To be eligible for a return:
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory.
- The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened, without any cuts or edits.
- Returns without an unboxing video will not be processed.
Product Condition
Returned items must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- Have original tags and packaging intact
Products that are damaged due to customer handling will not be eligible for return or refund.
Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- The refund will be processed within 3 working days after approval by the bank.
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The return request is raised after 7 days
- No unboxing video is provided
- The product is used, damaged, or altered
- The issue is due to personal preference other than size unfit
